Here's What You'll Need To Crush It :

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous assembly experience preferred
• Customer-oriented and works well with teams.
• Excellent Attendance
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Work is repetitive in nature

Responsibilities

• Assembles fabricated parts into small subassemblies and/or complete units.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners using appropriate tools.
• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to assemble fans.
• Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
