Minimum 2 years on-site experience as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager (3 years supervisory experience considered). Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. Proficient inLIHTC compliance, Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, Rent Cafe, and web platforms for virtual tours. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and ability to maintain compliance. Responsibilities Lead all property operations, ensuring financial goals are met and owners' interests are prioritized. Deliver exceptional resident service and maintain an outstanding online presence. Oversee leasing, marketing, and maintenance to ensure the property is leased to full capacity and maintained at the highest standard. Develop and coach your team to succeed, fostering a collaborative and professional culture. Maintain accurate records and reports, including rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/outs, and budgets. Enforce company policies in compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety regulations. Respond to emergencies promptly and ensure resident satisfaction.
