  • Minimum 2 years on-site experience as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager (3 years supervisory experience considered).
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
  • Proficient inLIHTC compliance, Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, Rent Cafe, and web platforms for virtual tours.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and ability to maintain compliance.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities



  • Lead all property operations, ensuring financial goals are met and owners' interests are prioritized.
  • Deliver exceptional resident service and maintain an outstanding online presence.
  • Oversee leasing, marketing, and maintenance to ensure the property is leased to full capacity and maintained at the highest standard.
  • Develop and coach your team to succeed, fostering a collaborative and professional culture.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/outs, and budgets.
  • Enforce company policies in compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies promptly and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Execute creative resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters.
