Brundage Management is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detailoriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this entrylevel role, you'll help keep materials moving smoothly by supporting the daily flow of inbound and outbound shipments. You'll play an important part in ensuring accuracy, organization, and safety while learning core logistics processes that support our branches, call center, storage sites, and administrative offices.



Responsibilities:



  • Receive incoming materials by unloading deliveries, staging items, and verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips. Report discrepancies or damage promptly.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging items, creating labels, and updating tracking records. Coordinate shipment details with internal teams as needed.
  • Enter shipping and receiving data into inventory systems to maintain accurate counts and locations. Support routine cycle counts and inventory checks.
  • Label and tag inventory and equipment to ensure proper tracking and organization. Assist with equipment tagging, documentation, and the disposal process for retired assets.
  • Work with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to coordinate shipments and help resolve routine shippingrelated issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety and handling procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks to support daily logistics operations.



Requirements:



  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or materialshandling experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Excel.
  • Comfort working with warehouse tools such as pallet jacks, scanners, or similar equipment.
  • Ability to handle, move, and transport packaged IT equipment and materials as part of normal daily activities.


  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel between company locations during the workday. Mileage reimbursement provided in accordance with company policy.



Work Schedule:



  • Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
