Zayo is seeking a People & Culture Operations Lead responsible for executing HR transactions, operational processes, and project-based work related to the People & Culture team (including but not limited to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning). As a member of the People & Culture Operations team, you will provide day-to-day operational support while continuously evaluating process design and proactively recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience. This position reports to the Manager, People & Culture Operations and collaborates closely with other People & Culture Systems and Services team members. Will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and company employees including Management and provide oversight and direction to People & Culture Operation Specialist team members. Areas of focus may include policy administration, Workday transactions and management actions, and ensuring policies, practices, and procedures are implemented using automation and operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate resides in the Denver, CO area, operating in a hybrid capacity (2-3 days per week in office and 2-3 days remotely), with flexibility based on business needs. Responsibilities

Estimated base salary range: $68,100 - $104,700 USD/annually. #LI-EC1 #LI-Hybrid The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
