Smart Buildings Subject Matter Expert Remote Pay: $58 per hour MUST: Experienced Subject Matter Expert Smart Buildings 6+ years of direct relevant experience in Smart Buildings, in particular in implementing standards, procedures and policies Deep expertise in Smart Buildings, CMMS (including IBM Maximo), BAS/FDD, ESPC, and other relevant topics. Experience in analyzing data Bachelor's required, Masters preferred DUTIES: Manages deliverables Leads implementation of Smart Building standards Supports national rollout of GSAView features Supports occupancy analytics Supports analysis of digital signage standards Coordinates across Public Building Service business Coordinates and liaises with vendors and internal agency teams Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
