Responsibilities * Partner with cross-functional engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to identify, scope, and drive complex technical programs. Contribute to design and architecture discussions, ensuring program decisions align with long-term scalability and operational readiness. * Define clear program goals, success criteria, and priorities for initiatives you own. Use data-driven analysis to translate organizational objectives and technical requirements into executable program plans. * Drive proactive, data-informed risk management across programs. Identify dependencies, surface risks early, and lead mitigation planning to ensure predictable delivery. * Establish and track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, and operational health indicators) in partnership with stakeholders. Provide regular, structured updates on execution, risks, and outcomes to leadership. * Coordinate and drive end-to-end execution across complex, multi-team programs. Track schedules, dependencies, and milestones while holding stakeholders accountable to commitments and timelines. Drive course correction when needed and ensure consistent, transparent communication. * Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Prepare and deliver clear executive-ready updates and be comfortable presenting program status, risks, and strategy to large stakeholder and leadership audiences. Qualifications Required:
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
