Trilogy Federal is looking for an
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Organizational Model Analyst with knowledge and experience with change management solutions to address the human factors affecting a large federal agency's ability to reach its strategic objectives. This role involves applying tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment.
Travel requirement: Selected candidates must be able to travel infrequently across the continental USA. No travel is planned at this time, but should travel be scheduled, each site visit would be approximately 3 days long.
Primary Responsibilities:
This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
