Position Summary In full alignment with the Win strategy, the Corporate HR team strives to deliver HR programs that aim to accelerate performance through people. Join our team of highly agile and dedicated HR professionals supporting team members based in Cleveland, OH and abroad. Position Summary The Corporate HR Manager reports to the Director, Corporate HR, and provides strategic and tactical support of all areas of HR for designated corporate functions. Partnering with corporate functional leaders, consults on HR policy and procedures, with ownership of the short-term and delivery of the long-term HR strategies for designated functions and unique team member needs in each business, including global functions. Through a strong relationship with other HR teams and centers of excellence, you will be key in leading the work in the areas of strategic workforce planning, organization design, talent management and attraction, employee relations, leader development, team member engagement and diversity and inclusion.
