As part of this strategy, Ecolab is providing an exciting opportunity to join the One Field PMO team as a Program Manager. This position will include functioning as the dedicated Program Manager for the Best-in-Class Proposal (CPQ) capability workstream tasked with several initiatives that are being executed in parallel with the objective of delivering functionality in a modular and agile cadence to meet the business needs. Main Responsibilities: * Empowering multiple teams across the program to self-organize/self-manage, including Capability Leaders, Stakeholders and Technical Resources. * Scheduling and facilitating cross team meetings, including daily/weekly check-ins, stakeholder meetings, project planning, etc. * Providing input to a cross-divisional, cross-platform organization on how best to utilize our structure and tools to maximize efficiency and results. * Leading the team through project planning to gain consensus as to what can be achieved. * Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. * Identifying and removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. * Working with the Capability Leads to track timelines, budget and scope. Qualifications: * Required: o Bachelor's Degree o 8+ years IT experience o 6+ years' experience in Digital Project, Product, or Program Management o 6+ years working on software development products / agile methodologies o Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical delivery teams o Strong relationship and organizational skills o Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Preferred: o Demonstrated skill and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment o Experience working with international colleagues and/or development partners o Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff o Experience working with agile teams o Use of ServiceNow Project Management (SPM), Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint/Teams.
