They are responsible for overseeing patient care and leading the nursing team in a specialized cardiac care environment. They ensure the smooth operation of the unit during their shift, coordinate care for patients with complex cardiac conditions, including heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, post-surgical care for cardiac proceduresand act as a liaison between staff and management. Their role involves supervising nursing staff, managing patient care plans, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this position.How you grow, learn and thrive matters here. Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with acute cardiac conditions, including post-surgical recovery, heart failure, myocardial infarctions, and arrhythmias. Qualifications: * Associate Degree in Nursing * Minimum one year of nursing experience required * BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
