We are currently seeking a Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst, Junior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will provide program management support to the PMA-281 TMPC FMS IPTL (Non-FVEY). The candidate will perform critical program management, acquisition, technical, and business analysis and provide support to ensure program success. The candidate will collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to systems acquisition and product programs, track program/project status and schedules, and apply policies and procedures for planning and execution of program requirements.

Functional Description: Supports the Theater Mission Planning Center, Level 3 Mission Planning and Validation IPT.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Support, analyze, provides input, and prepare briefs, reports, peer reviews, milestone decisions and review boards.

* Attend weekly contract meetings and financial reviews and provide input / feedback to contract specialist and IPTL.

* Develop and review program documentation for accuracy and input including Acquisition Strategy, SOWs, CDRLs, Contract/Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) structure, and Technical Evaluations.

* Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate, attend and participate in IPT meetings such as Interim Program Reviews (IPRs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Product Owner Sync, Program Increments (PIs), technical interchange meetings, and other meetings as required/directed and prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items.

o Create and manage meeting makers / conference rooms

o Update & provide brief templates

o Collect briefs; Organize and compile slides in external Teams folders & OneNote

* Collect and perform analysis on program data and documentation including fiscal planning documentation, reporting, and performance metrics including support for tracking of cost, schedule and performance indicators, critical path review and risk analysis.

o Track CFSRs

o Track Review POP extensions

o Track contract and CLIN ceilings for scope increase

o Consolidate impact statements

* Data entry and management of data in the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Program Management Tool (PMT).

* Review program progress and track status of vendor critical contract deadlines to identify and report potential problems and/or issues with prime contractor schedule conflicts, resource scarcity, and proposed solutions.

o Track funding: Funding document workflow tracking, PR package submission, PR package acceptance

o Track contract awards post funding acceptance

* Provide analyses of requirements and schedules and evaluate changes to schedules and associated milestones to ensure compatibility with overall program objectives.

* Provide recommendations and alternatives in support of program execution, spend plan development, out-year planning, and the creation of POM issue sheets.

Required Experience: A Junior level person within a labor category has less than Three (3) years of relevant experience. A Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.

Education: BA/BS degree

OR

Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties

described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a

Bachelor's Degree.

OR

Four (4) years work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI security clearance preferred or ability to obtain. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $39,632.19-$59,448.28 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
