The candidate will play a critical role in validating high-speed SerDes interfaces across various products, including CPUs, GPUs, network cards, and AI accelerators. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PCIe and 800G Ethernet, along with experience in validation test planning, production test support, and firmware development. THE PERSON: The successful candidate demonstrates strong analytical judgment, disciplined execution, and a high level of professionalism when navigating complex technical environments. They communicate clearly and effectively with crossfunctional teams, consistently ensuring alignment and accuracy across validation, firmware, design, and production groups. These individual exercises sound decisionmaking under ambiguity, maintains meticulous attention to detail, and approaches challenges with a structured, solutionoriented mindset.
