* Optimize regular checkpoints and metric dashboards, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the rationale behind any program adjustments or pivots.

* Design and execute sophisticated program communication plans, including tailored messaging for executive leadership and key partners, articulating the program's vision and progress across all touchpoints.

* Proactively anticipate change management requirements, independently developing comprehensive rollout plans that include thorough impact analysis.

* Drive necessary pivots requiring change management, closely monitor rollout progress, and swiftly resolve any misalignments, while also defining future change management needs.

* Cultivate trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making and resolving prioritization conflicts.

* Proactively manage program escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

* Independently identify and collect essential data for program governance, facilitating informed stakeholder decision-making.

* Maintain meticulous project trackers and status reports, identifying and executing program tasks while proactively managing dependencies.

* Integrate core values of product excellence, inclusivity, and brand integrity into all program activities.

* Develop automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring capabilities.

* Establish a robust program governance structure, including effective management of mitigations, post-mortems, and escalation reports, and lead impactful stakeholder meetings.
