**What You'll Do**

You will lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring that solutions meet both technical standards and business needs, while also fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Assessing well-defined technical challenges and leading the development of comprehensive solutions.

* Ensuring technical solutions align with established architectural standards and business requirements.

* Managing the execution of small to moderate-sized technical solutions, or playing a crucial role within larger project teams.

* Operating effectively within agile development cycles, typically spanning two to three sprints.

* Providing clear technical direction and guidance to team members and/or external vendors.

* Advising product owners on technology-related business problems, evaluating options, and recommending optimal solutions based on merit and risk.

**What You'll Bring**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in software development and a passion for leading technical initiatives.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.

* *Alternative qualifications accepted:* PhD or Law Degree with 3 years; Master's Degree with 4 years; Associate's Degree with 6 years; High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience.

* Demonstrated ability to lead the development of technical solutions from problem assessment to implementation.

* Experience in managing solution delivery within an agile framework.

* Strong communication and advisory skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 4-6 years of experience with NodeJS.

* 4-6 years of experience with React.

* 4-6 years of experience in API development.
