As a key member of their Indirect Sourcing Team, you will be instrumental in establishing, growing, and scaling the critical IT Software and Services that power this transformation. You'll be given the autonomy to act as a true strategic partner, directly influencing cross-functional stakeholders and IT colleagues, and playing a pivotal role in solving complex go-to-market challenges and bringing this visionary future to reality.

This role is for a proactive individual who thrives on seeing projects through from inception to completion, delving deep into engineering and user experience challenges, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to navigate the cutting edge of technological advancement. You will be a catalyst for efficiency and growth, ensuring the company has the essential resources to innovate and expand its market presence.

**What You'll Do:**

* Support and guide various departments in the procurement of essential IT Software, Hardware, and Services.

* Focus on key areas such as CRM, ERP, SaaS, and related procurements to ensure and enhance operational scaling and efficiencies.

* Drive market growth by establishing and nurturing strategic relationships and identifying new procurement opportunities.

* Provide expert guidance and insights to internal stakeholders on supplier selection and ongoing management.

* Identify and implement sourcing alternatives, leveraging benchmarking and competitive quotes to drive significant efficiencies and foster change.

* Negotiate favorable costs and terms and conditions, optimizing the total cost of ownership to accelerate the company's objectives.

* Ensure a seamless source-to-pay process by collaborating effectively with stakeholders and the finance team throughout the product lifecycle.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.

* 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, indirect category management, contracting, and/or supply chain management.

* 4+ years of experience in Technology categories, demonstrating familiarity with the complexities of Tech Sourcing, particularly networking hardware, software, services, and associated agreements.

* Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, financial and business opportunity analysis, comfortable with legal frameworks, and strong contract negotiation skills.

* Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, including reviewing redlines and proactively identifying and offering solutions to potential issues.

* Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

* An open-minded self-starter who can provide insightful feedback, strategies, and thoughts to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Program Management, etc.).

* Experience in a high-tech or a related safety-critical environment.

* Experience in a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment and cross-functional collaboration with Program Management Office (PMO) or engineering organizations.
