, United States Essential Job Responsibilities:
Carrix operates a global network of terminal and maritime facilities, generating critical operational and financial data across multiple countries and systems. As part of our multi-year data transformation journey, we are advancing enterprise Master Data Management, data quality, regulatory alignment, and AI-enabled capabilities to strengthen data-driven decision making across the organization. The Manager of Data Governance plays a foundational leadership role in this transformation. Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, this individual will lead the execution and maturation of Carrix's enterprise Data Governance program, overseeing governance practices across core systems including ERP, HRIS, CRM, and the enterprise data platform. This role will help transition Carrix from fragmented, site-level data practices to a standardized, enterprise-wide governance model. By strengthening data ownership, quality, compliance, and AI readiness, the Manager will ensure our data is trusted, secure, and positioned to power operational excellence and future innovation.
