As a Security Officer - Walking Patrol in RUSSELLVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points, document observations, and communicate clearly with team members and site leadership while delivering great customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, truck drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions, with working environments and conditions varying by post.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or shipping documentation when assigned, and direct visitors and delivery traffic according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations, including documentation of patrols, access issues, and/or policy violations, and submit reports per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss Prevention experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
