Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Temp/Seasonal

• 6+ months of experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Effective communicator with operators and management.
• Clear and concise reporting.
• Positive, self-motivated, and takes pride in work.
• Flexible with shifts as needed.
• Strong time management and problem-solving.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Customer-focused, internal and external.
• Open-minded and creative, challenges the status quo.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily product and process audits.
• Monitor and assist with escalation orders at the Correction Stations and track the use of the reporting tool.
• Support manufacturing by providing immediate responses to non-conforming product issues on the production floor.
• Complete other tasks as directed by the Quality Manager.
• Provide detailed shift pass downs.
