Position Summary The College of Arts & Science (CAS) is seeking a dedicated Program Administrator, Intercultural Engagement & Mentorship to join the team. This individual is responsible for supporting the Academic Achievement Program (AAP), Proud to Be First (P2B1), and mentorship programming across the College of Arts & Science (CAS) and greater New York University community. While mentorship is a core component of both AAP and P2B1, the Program Administrator also plays a key role in supporting and advancing mentorship initiatives more broadly across CAS, including peer-to-peer, alumni, and faculty mentoring efforts. The role also includes planning events and coordinating extra-curricular opportunities that support first-generation students and students from all backgrounds across CAS. The Program Administrator will ensure all initiatives, events, and program components are in place to drive student success and contribute to the University's retention and graduation goals. The role supports students throughout the academic life cycle while promoting academic exploration, leadership development, and pre-professional engagement. The position is also responsible for managing program logistics, assessment, and the continuous improvement of all initiatives. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $75,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
