The Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball position is a full-time, annually appointed position reporting directly to and assisting the Head Coach in all facets of a Division I basketball program. This position requires the ability work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel for competition and recruiting. | Duties & Responsibilities |
- Assist
in all aspects of recruiting student-athletes to the UA Women's Basketball program, including evaluating, making notes and communicating with recruits. - Provide
academic assistance and monitoring. - Scouting
and film editing. - Coordinate
with NCAA compliance liaison. - Assist
with floor responsibilities during practice. - Maintain
knowledge of and abide by conference, UA and NCAA rules. - Assist
in arranging campus and home visits. - Assist
in arranging housing for student-athletes. - Act as
a public relations contact as required. - Budget
accountability. - Additional duties as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's
Degree. - Experience
coaching at the college level. - Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.
