Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Future Operations Training Analyst

to support the US Navy in the Washington, DC area at the PMS 525 program office. As a Future Operations Training Analyst, you will analyze training requirements and program trends to develop data-driven recommendations, while coordinating with Manpower, Personnel, and Training stakeholders to plan and track training events. You will manage schedules and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and MS Project, and prepare deliverables, briefings, and reports to support program objectives.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze training requirements, trends, and program impacts; develop and recommend solutions using data analysis, critical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Coordinate and recommend optimal courses of action to meet program training objectives, leveraging organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track training events and deliverables with Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) stakeholders using collaboration, interpersonal, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, MS Project and other MS Office tools to validate data, manage schedules, and support program reporting.
  • Prepare clear and compelling training documentation, briefings, and reports using strong written communication and presentation skills.



Qualifications:


  • 8 years of experience serving aboard a U.S. Navy ship. (LCS-1 class preferred)
  • 5 years of project management experience, including business metrics (Agile preferred)
  • 3 years of experience with FMS Case Student programing or NETC quota management, including use of CANTRAC
  • 3 years of experience using FMS case tracking tools such as SANWeb and tracking in support of DoD Security Assistance programs (preferred)
  • Experience analyzing and organizing data using Excel, including management of linked spreadsheets
  • Experience employing strong interpersonal skills working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in translating project metrics and charts into clear PowerPoint and Word deliverables
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of data-mining techniques
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship


Work Location: Washington, D.C., telework options (1-2 days per week).

Travel: potential for travel (less than 5%)
