The Role: Platform Specialist

As part of the Global Enterprise Accounts Team, you will be a key driver of business success by combining data-driven optimization with high-level client relationship management.



  • Location: New York City
  • Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
  • Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match

Key Responsibilities



  • Ownership: Responsible and accountable for owning, growing, and developing key global accounts.
  • Optimization: Drive account growth by providing data-backed recommendations to help clients hit their specific business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Client Partners (the frontline business development team) and fellow Platform Specialists.
  • Culture: Contribute to an inclusive and open team culture with results-focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets.


Minimum Qualifications



  • 5-7+ years of experience in performance media sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience using a self-serve advertising platform.
  • Previous experience using major mobile app advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising and the mobile/app market, with a passion for the ever-changing digital space.
  • Strategic selling proficiency working with performance advertisers as well as advertising agencies.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and manage relationships with direct and agency clients while understanding their unique business objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate complex issues and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Team Player: Passionate about driving a culture of collaboration and shared success.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills (in-person, video, and phone). Ability to socialize ideas across functions and articulate business visions. Proficiency in professional presentation software (e.g., Keynote or PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to identify data trends and quantify high-impact opportunities for upselling. Advanced knowledge of Excel is critical.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to react fast to trends and ensure the delivery of best-in-class service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work across multiple time zones by upholding strong communication and a positive, professional attitude.


Please note this is a hybrid role in NYC. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).
