As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to questions, report concerns, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while supporting daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or members at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting law enforcement, medical, and/or fire services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor alarms, CCTV, and/or other security-related systems when assigned, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports with accurate details, and communicate pertinent information to supervisors and/or oncoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3+ years combined law enforcement/military/security experience.
• Provide proof of high school diploma/GED as required by the client.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
