Requirements
* At least 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience in credit card operations and/or consumer lending.
* Retail banking experience preferred
* 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of credit card regulations and consumer lending compliance
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, reporting tools and loan servicing systems
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Must successfully pass background investigation
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
Job Description
* Manage daily operations of the credit card program, including application processing, account servicing, disputes, collections coordination, and portfolio monitoring.
* Ensure program compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

o Truth in Lending Act (TILA / Regulation Z)
o Fair Credit Billing Act
o Fair Credit Reporting Act
o Equal Credit Opportunity Act
o Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act
o Consumer Financial Protection Bureau guidance and requirements

* Develop and improve procedures to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
* Maintain procedures, documentation, and internal controls to meet audit and regulatory expectations.
* Provide staff training on regulatory updates and policy changes.
* Supervise and develop team members responsible for credit card servicing and operation
* Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and customer service
* Prepare regular reporting for executive leadership on portfolio performance and compliance status.
* Provide recommendations to improve growth, profitability, and risk controls.
* Communicate policy and procedure updates across branches and support teams.
* Manage relationships with external vendors
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
