What You'll Do:
Responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials to support production and customer needs. Maintains inventory accuracy, prepares kits for assembly, replenishes production lines, processes material requests, and coordinates shipping documentation and daily pickups.
- Receive and process materials using computer systems, work orders, and written or verbal instructions.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; check material type, quantity, and weight, and report discrepancies or damage.
- Assign proper storage locations to maximize space utilization and maintain organized inventory.
- Perform pre-assembly and prepare kits to support production operations.
- Track materials throughout the production process by scanning, recording, and entering work orders.
- Prepare and stage finished goods for shipment and coordinate daily pickup schedules.
- Conduct cycle counts, support inventory accuracy, operate material handling equipment and delivery vehicles, and follow company safety policies and procedures.
- 1st Shift Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm Eastern Time
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent specific experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in material handling.
- Basic experience with forklift operation.
- Able to read and interpret written instructions to include Bills of Material. Knowledge of plant layout including locations of finished products and raw materials.
- Knowledgeable on paperwork flow for shipping and receiving documents.
What you may be doing:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
