Job Summary

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.

The salary range for this position is $73.82 - $100.64 (Hourly Rate).

Required Qualifications

• Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required; Master's degree preferred.

• Knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated diplomacy, organization, and analytical ability.

• Resourceful, self-directed, and assertive with creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to plan systems and manage patient care effectively in a high-volume work environment.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic patient record systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent experience in case management, utilization review or discharge planning preferred.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field preferred.

License/Certification

• RN licensure
