We are seeking a Team Lead for our Integration Services Department. The person in this role will oversee the technical work of a growing team focused on interoperability solutions acrossEpic and non-Epic platforms. This position offers the opportunity to lead critical initiatives that shape how patient data is transformed and delivered through integration technologies. The Team Lead works in a hands-on role in addition to providing guidance to a team. The Team Lead stays abreast of technological or business trends in the industry and provides business and technical expertise to team members. The Team Lead works closely with the manager to provide guidance to a team and may also function as a Project Manager. Responsibilities include: Participate in day-to-day execution of advanced level technical activities. Assist Product Manager with project planning.
