Part-time Lecturer in Spanish

Tufts University, Department of Romance Studies, is soliciting applications for a Part-Time Lecturer position in Spanish for the academic year 2026-2027 (with the possibility of renewal contingent on program needs and course enrollments) to teach at least (2) with the possibility of three (3) Spanish language courses in the Fall of 2026. The courses will range in levels from elementary to intermediate Spanish.

An M.A. in Spanish, Applied Linguistics or equivalent; Ph.D. preferred. Previous college-level teaching experience is required. Native or near-native fluency in Spanish is essential. Familiarity with language teaching technology and methodology is preferred.
