The Operations & Eligibility Specialist supports daytoday operational, eligibility, and customer service functions to ensure accurate processing, timely client support, and crossfunctional collaboration. Key Responsibilities * Process direct mail reimbursements and review eligibility files using established approval checklists. * Research, resolve, and respond to client inquiries via email and phone in accordance with company service standards. * Attend internal and clientfacing Microsoft Teams meetings and handle ad hoc client calls as needed. * Complete Operations and Eligibility CSR inquiry forms and manage Pharmacy Workflow Eligibility/NIS queues. * Administer the client portal, including adding and removing user access. * Provide audit support, including network and benefit testing. * Support CAA, RDS, and OCC3 processes and initiatives. * Pull ad hoc reports for Account Management and support network/benefit configuration teams with special projects. * Provide customer service call support as needed. * Assist with member ID card and correspondence mailings. * Collaborate crossfunctionally to meet deadlines and operational goals. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, NE. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.93 - $19.93/hr.
