Description * Support daytoday merchant account servicing, including preparing payoff letters, zerobalance confirmations, and reconciliation documentation. * Process customer and internal servicing requests accurately and within established timelines. * Prepare, file, and track UCC financing statements, amendments, and terminations. * Maintain accurate collateral documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Coordinate required documentation for accounts transitioning to external collection agencies. * Assist with bankruptcy-related account processing, including gathering required paperwork, updating account status, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. * Organize, upload, and maintain required documentation across internal systems, shared drives, and workflow platforms. * Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine servicing, documentation, and information requests. * Support internal legal operations by preparing routine correspondence, assembling case files, and organizing documentation under attorney direction. * Complete recurring reports with high attention to detail. * Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal document management systems * Strong written communication and organizational skills * Experience with UCC filings, collections processes, or account servicing * Experience in an administrative support or office coordination role * Experience working with legal documentation or regulated processes Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
