Manager Human Resources Information Systemsfor Schindler Elevator Corporation. Hybrid 4x a week in office. The Manager HRIS will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Company's HRIS Systems. The Manager HRIS will lead the overall support of these systems from a technical/technology perspective as they relate to the overall business but, in particular, as they relate to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation, IT and Finance. Manager HRIS will be responsible for the development, upgrades, administration and maintenance of the company's core HRIS/people system processes in a manner that supports the company's human resources strategic objectives and ensures that the company manages its human resource data in compliance with all internal and governmental requirements and regulations.
