Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting onboarding and operational HR processes for Professional Staff, including physicians, researchers, fellows, and residents. This position manages endtoend onboarding activities, ensures compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements, and serves as a central liaison between new hires, department leadership, payroll, credentialing, and other internal partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Prior experience in HR, onboarding, or administrative support preferred Experience working with Workday and Beeline platforms is a plus Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other standard office applications Familiarity with employment eligibility requirements and immigration documentation (e.g., I9 process, work authorization visas) preferred Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team Mass General Brigham Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
