Expertise in Tableau Next, CRM Analytics, Predictive/GenAI tools/concepts, and core Salesforce platforms including Agentforce and Data Cloud are required. The ability to solution sell and work on cross-cloud selling teams are also critical. You will leverage those skills to design innovative analytic solutions in the flow of a business user's work at some of the most sophisticated organizations in the world. You will be responsible for providing visionary paths to our customers as they seek to embrace a data-driven, agentic mindset that transforms their businesses in serving their customers, employees, and business partners. Job Detail Description: Working in coordination with the core Salesforce sales team, the Analytics Architect Solution Engineer leads the technical sales cycle for Analytics and AI, from vision co-creation through storytelling demonstrations to deep-dive workshops, showing the customer the "why" in addition to telling them the "what". We are seeking a hardworking individual who will thrive in the full spectrum from packaged Intelligent Applications, to custom, to programmatic Analytics solutions. Ideal candidates have previous experience working with the CRM Analytics platform, the Salesforce core platform (including data architecture), business intelligence, AI, analytics, reporting and data integration applications in a customer-facing role. Your Impact: Understand and uncover business challenges and issues faced by the customer and be able to lead a targeted discovery session or workshop with business users to define, build and implement solution prototypes and pilots, and then run those pilots from inception to completion. The typical base salary range for this position is $134,750 - $210,910 annually There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $148,190 - $231,980 per year.
