Project Coordinator, Experienced

Your Role

The Digital Experience Design and Content team partners with stakeholders across the Blue Shield of California enterprise to create effective website and app experiences. The Project Coordinator, Experienced will report to the Senior Manager, Cerulean Design System. By owning User Experience (UX) delivery mechanics, the UX Project Coordinator enables designers, researchers, and UX leaders to focus on strategy and craft while providing partners with a single, credible point of contact for UX readiness, sequencing, and dependencies.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires experience working in crossfunctional product or digital delivery environments
• Requires experience managing multiple workstreams and dependencies simultaneously
• Requires experience operating in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments
• Experience supporting UX, design, or research teams strongly preferred
• Familiarity with portfolio or resource management tools (e.g., Planview, Beeline) strongly preferred
• Experience coordinating work across product, engineering, and compliance partners
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong documentation and processdesign skills

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
