The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell's delivery groups across the company and the projects throughout the United States. The Construction & Manufacturing Team is responsible for providing the field management personnel, from the craft worker to the Project Superintendent. The Construction & Manufacturing Team also provides the team member with logistical support; including but not limited to establishing per diem rates, company trucks for superintendents, and the coordination of arrival for team members as needed on the project. The Construction & Manufacturing Team provides continual training for our team members to support their development from entry-level craft workers, via in-house/online courses, to local jurisdiction apprenticeship programs. Haskell assists with working your way up through the ranks, you'll find new ways to use both your mind and your hands to get the job done.

Joining our Construction & Manufacturing Team will enable you to build the buildings on which people depend; collaborating with your team to overcome obstacles and fix problems on the job site using your skills. In this role, you will leverage the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) workflows while assisting VC personnel with daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the preconstruction/estimating team by extracting quantity data from Revit models
• Develop 4D schedule simulations using Navisworks and Synchro for project teams and proposals
• Assist with 3D model integration and clash detection in Navisworks software
• Assist with 3D modeling efforts in Revit software based on 2D design documentation
• Support innovative research and development initiatives for virtual/augmented reality, drones, etc.

Education/Experience:

• College student or high school senior/graduate with Revit experience

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated worker with high attention to detail and strong graphic design skills preferred
• Proficiency with the following applications (or similar) is recommended: Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Lumion, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

Se valoraran solidas habilidades de diseno grafico. * Se recomienda el dominio de las siguientes aplicaciones (o equivalentes): Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, AutoCAD y Microsoft Office. Factores ambientales y/o requisitos fisicos: Para el desempeno de las funciones, este puesto requiere suficiente capacidad deambulatoria para visitar otros sitios, asi como la capacidad de estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, arrodillarse, ponerse en cuclillas y manipular (levantar, transportar, mover) cargas ligeras a medianas de entre 4,5 y 23 kg. Se requiere buena coordinacion ojo-mano, asi como destreza de brazos, manos y dedos, junto con suficiente agudeza visual para el uso del teclado, el manejo de equipos y la lectura de informacion en formularios o aplicaciones. El/La titular debera sentarse, alcanzar objetos con los brazos y las manos, hablar y oir con frecuencia.
