Description and Requirements

We are hiring a Change Management Intern in Morrisville, NC. This is a hybrid role and onsite presence will be required three times per week.

Responsibilities:

Change Management Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans under the guidance of Program Manager
  • Support change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness activities
  • Help identify potential risks and resistance points and escalate insights to the project team

Communications & Engagement

  • Draft and format change communications including emails, presentations, FAQs, and intranet content
  • Support communication tracking (distribution, reach, and feedback)
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and audienceappropriate

Training & Enablement

  • Assist with training coordination, schedules, materials, and logistics
  • Support live or virtual training sessions and reinforcement activities
  • Help maintain training documentation and enduser support resources

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track basic adoption and change metrics (e.g., training completion, feedback surveys)
  • Assist with survey analysis and preparation of summary reports
  • Support postimplementation reviews and documentation of lessons learned

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
