As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. In 2025, Northlight Counseling Associates of Arizona, located in Phoenix and Mesa, and Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness of Arizona, located in Phoenix, Show Low and Flagstaff joined forces to become Elevate Mental Health. Together, Elevate Mental Health proudly provides comprehensive medication management and counseling services, both virtually and in-office, to individuals and families throughout Arizona.
