We are looking for a Capillary Field Operations Manager located in Odessa, TX. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet. This role oversees the daily operations of the Capillary teams ensuring efficient delivery of customer support services for artificial lift systems. Responsibilities include managing job scheduling, inventory control, and time management, while collaborating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders beyond the capillary operations team. Additionally, this role involves managing and expanding the customer base through sales and ongoing relationship management. What You Will Do:
