As a Security Officer - Radio Dispatch Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will coordinate security-related responses, monitor alarms and communications systems, and route officers to incidents while keeping accurate logs and reports. You will be a key point of contact for employees and visitors, delivering clear customer service and calm communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Operate the dispatch and communications function by monitoring alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and electronic systems, and coordinating response with on-site personnel and/or local responders as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating per post orders.
• Support access control activities by verifying identification, managing visitor processing, and communicating entry approvals and/or restrictions in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors and perimeter routes, watching for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or property loss.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
