The Multimedia Producer, This role is tasked with planning, shooting, and editing a variety of segments on a daily and weekly basis. Demonstrated knowledge and experience editing premium digital video using the Adobe Creative Suite, and proficiency shooting in the field is essential. You're knowledgeable, passionate, and naturally conversational about the world of sports, especially UFC, PFL, ONE Championship, Bellator, and boxing. You're creative and intentional about video approaches to storytelling, coverage, and analysis. On any given day across the MMA ecosystem, you know what MMA fans are discussing, debating, and sharing, and you help identify the can't-miss video moments and news MMA Junkie should be producing. You know how to develop and execute thematic, series-driven approaches to video that will appeal to audiences from a variety of demographics. All producers are expected to be well-versed in the editorial and production aspects of premium digital multimedia formats, from desktop to mobile to social, with a sharp attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We're looking for a hands-on multimedia producer and excellent communicator, with the ability to handle projects both on their own and/or in collaboration with editors, producers, reporters, and product teams around the USA TODAY Network. Candidates must be able to accept and use constructive feedback for improvement, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work nights and weekends or travel as needed. This position is remote with East Coast-based candidates preferred, but candidates can be based anywhere in the US, except for Alaska and Hawaii. Responsibilities:
