As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and the technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and deliver measurable business value. You will engage with internal and external clients, as needed, to understand their challenges, translate them into actionable requirements, and collaborate with the delivery teams to bring innovative, data-driven solutions to life. What You Will Do:
- Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business and functional requirements for the digital technology teams.
- Create user stories based on business requirements that are clear, concise, measurable, and testable in ADO
- Facilitate story grooming sessions with the development team(s) to refine existing stories, remove duplicates, add additional details, or clarify requirements
- Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose improvements to optimize workflows and customer experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to validate technical feasibility and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, coordinating execution, and documenting results.
- Manage capacity and release prioritization in partnership with engineering teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offers, and emerging technologies to guide solution recommendations.
Position Details: * This position is in Eagan, MN on a hybrid schedule Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience as a Digital Business Analyst or 9 years combined education and equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (ADO/Jira)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality or timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with software/hardware engineering teams and DevOps practices
- IoT device experience
- Cloud experience Azure preferred but AWS and GCP or like technologies
- Strong communication interpersonal skills and project management skills - the ability to collaborate and deliver effectively with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with cloud-based development environments (Azure) is a plus
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
