Pay From: $160,000 per year

MUST:

Tactical Communications Policy Strategy Analyst

TS/SCI

14+ years of relevant experience

Must have experience with RF waveforms, communications gateways, and network development and/or oversight

Required Experience as, or supporting, a headquarters; Joint Staff; or Service staff officer and/or senior leadership

Required experience with demonstrated familiarity with tactical communications vendors and technologies, including SATURN, HQ, SINCGARS, HF, Link-16, BFT, WREN, and/or related tactical communications waveforms and systems

Required experience developing DoD issuances, strategy, and related documents

Experience conducting technical and programmatic research and providing information & decision papers

Preferred Knowledge of Open Systems Architecture development and implementation

Experience coordinating, sponsoring, and facilitating large scale technical meetings/conferences preferred

BS Degree in a related technical discipline such as physics, computer science, information technology, mathematics or similar and 14+ years of relevant experience OR any Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience

DUTIES:

The Tactical Communications Policy and Strategy Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Deputy Chief Information Office (CIO) for Command, Control, and Communications. In this role you will work on the development of policies, guidance, strategy, architectures, and systems engineering for communications and information network programs and initiatives.
