SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES To follow the policies and procedures of South State Bank exercising competency, courtesy, and concern for the development of the bank. Has responsibility to provide general maintenance to properties while following policies and procedures of South State Bank. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS It is the responsibility of the Facilities Maintenance Tech to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training; New Employee Orientation. Word. Excel PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds, ability to climb ladders to change light bulbs, paint, etc. WORK ENVIRONMENT Will be required to drive long distances daily and have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
