Pay range: $85 - $115,000 annually

Your Opportunity:

TechSource is hiring a full-time Training Instructor to develop, implement, and train participants through classroom, on-the-job, and web-based methods. You will work a hybrid work arrangement, with 4 days a week onsite and 1 day remotely. Your onsite work will be at the Savannah River Site, located in Aiken, SC.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Assist with the development, implementation, and compliance of training materials.

* Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for participants.

* Ensure compliance is met in preparing and presenting training.

* Collaborate with other stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts.

* Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance. (Only US citizens will be considered.)

* 4 or more years of professional training development and presentation experience.

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

* Former Navy nuclear, commercial nuclear, and/or DOE/NNSA experience highly desired.

* Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance.

* Bachelor's degree.
