Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project Manager - Facilities

Pay: Up to $59.80/hour

Location: York, PA

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager - Facilities to lead capital projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure improvements in a manufacturing and corporate environment. This role manages the full project lifecycle while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction projects including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Lead capital improvement projects such as facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and buildouts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Facilities, Engineering, Operations, IT, and SHE.
• Manage RFPs, contractor selection, and contract administration.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with OSHA and building codes.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, implementing cost controls and change management.
• Lead stakeholder communication, providing updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Conduct site inspections, manage RFIs and change orders, and oversee contractor performance.
• Ensure successful project closeout, commissioning, and handoff to operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing facility construction and capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and construction processes.
• Experience with OSHA regulations, permitting, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, OSHA 30, PE, or CCM certifications preferred.
