Barnes Aerospace is seeking a results-oriented Regional HR Director, Americas, to join its team. As a trusted & strategic partner to business leadership, you will help drive initiatives that align people/HR strategies with long-term business objectives for achieving profitable sustainable growth. As Regional HR Director, you will be a key advisor in building organizational capability & effectiveness, developing future leaders, and ensuring the company's HR practices support growth and enable operational execution across the sites. The right candidate must also ensure compliance with operating procedures and policies, while creating a positive and performance driven culture. Masters (preferred)
Bachelors of Human Resources (required) Experience
10 years: progressive HR leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility within a manufacturing environment. Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing industries preferred (required)

SHRM Cert Prof (preferred)
