Marketing Partnerships Campaign Operations Manager

This is a 7-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Summary

This role supports global partner marketing initiatives by driving campaign planning, execution, and operational excellence across multiple lines of business. You will play a key role in connecting cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

Our Ideal Candidate



  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or partner marketing
  • Passion for entertainment, streaming, and global marketing with a strong foundation in campaign execution and process optimization
  • Proficient in Airtable and Keynote, with strong skills in campaign planning, creative briefing, and project management
  • Familiar with global marketing execution and partner ecosystems including connected devices, retail, carriers, and other distribution channels
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, business, media, and agency partners
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in entertainment, streaming services, or agency environments is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and improve workflows


Job Description

In this role, you will lead campaign planning and execution for partner marketing initiatives across multiple lines of business. You'll partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage priorities, oversee creative development, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns. This includes building timelines, managing briefs, coordinating creative reviews, and supporting asset development and approvals.

You will also analyze campaign performance, track results, and develop recaps and post-mortems to inform future strategies. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve processes and implement tools that drive efficiency and scalability across complex workflows, supporting the overall success of the marketing organization.

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in marketing operations, partner marketing, or campaign management
  • Experience managing global campaigns and working across multiple markets


Additional Requirements



  • This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid onsite work
  • The pay for this W-2 position is $79.18 per hour
  • This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked
