About the Role

We're looking for a detail oriented and collaborative professional to join our team as Manager, Field and Partner Marketing. In this role, you will help lead the strategy and execution of in-person field marketing events and virtual programs aligned with revenue goals. You will craft and complete marketing plans aligned to regional sales and account management priorities. You will work across a highly matrixed organization to develop compelling marketing programs and move initiatives forward.

What You'll Do

  • Strategizing, prioritizing and producing regional events that drive business.
  • Aligning with sales leadership on sales and marketing priorities and partnering with functional team members to develop a field marketing strategy and plan for each region.
  • Managing vendor relationships and tracking expenses to ensure events and initiatives are produced on time and within budget.
  • Communicating and educating the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global and local programs.
  • Delivering detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Leading formal feedback loop to provide field input on programs and promotions to product and segment marketing teams.
  • Leading and developing a direct report, setting clear objectives, driving accountability, and fostering professional growth to strengthen field and partner marketing impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years demonstrated ability in marketing, communications, account-based marketing, and leading in-person and virtual field events.
  • 5+ years managing and producing regional and field marketing programs and events including tradeshows, user conferences, and immersive experiences.
  • Understanding of B2B buy journeys and demand generation and familiarity with ABM platforms and methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management applications.
  • Able to effectively work across a highly matrixed organization to develop compelling marketing programs and events and move initiatives forward.
  • Detail oriented with ability to deliver timely work under strong deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing direct reports, including setting performance objectives, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and fostering accountability.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience running integrated campaigns tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills and adaptability in a fast paced environment.

Location

Current Location: Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $101,900 to $140,140 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
