Aviation Analyst

As an Aviation Analyst, you have a blend of technical, operational, and strategic skills related to aviation systems. You will be assessing risks, collaborating with system program office personnel while leveraging your expertise with the goal of integrating new systems hardware and software. Work with us to help plan, program, and execute the timely fielding of the weapon system.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in Air Force Maintenance Operations

• Knowledge of DoD and Air Force procedures, lifecycle logistics, organizational management, and training

• Ability to synchronize and manage system requirements during development of a new Air Force Nuclear Command and Control (NC3) weapon system

• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 8+ years of experience with avionics on a strategic deterrent platform

• Experience planning and executing military operations and processes at an operational unit

• Experience directing maintenance, training, and inspection programs

• Experience with technical documentation, industry standards, and regulatory procedures

• Experience in a Major Air Force Command supporting the nuclear mission

• Ability to articulate issues to Directorate and Division leadership regarding development and deployment of aviation processes and systems

• Master's degree
