Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday

As a Quality Control Coordinator in Cartersville, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.

What It Takes to Inspect With Us

• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots
• High attention to detail
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read work orders, purchase orders, and quality specifications.
• Reliable, focused, and ready to back up your crew every shift

Doing The Shift Right

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/MRP systems.
• Process receiving, issuing, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of materials.
• Manage lot control and FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Coordinate with production to ensure material availability.

Quality Control

• Inspect incoming materials and finished goods to verify specifications.
• Release approved materials into inventory and quarantine non-conforming items.
• Maintain inspection records and support audits and compliance activities.

Warehouse & Operations

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Systems & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Ensure proper use of ERP/MRP systems.
• Support process improvements and inventory control best practices.
